HOW OUR INVESTMENT CLUB WORKS

Register – registration is “By Invitation Only”, and you will be given a password to register. During the registration process you will be presented with a Membership Agreement with certain provisions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, then you should not proceed. By signing (electronic signature) the agreement you are acknowledging the risk associated with making any kind of investment.

Deposit – you will have 5 days from date of your registration to make your minimum $1,000 contribution as outlined in the Membership Agreement. You can make your contribution by check, Zelle® or bank wire. If you fail to make the minimum contribution within 5 days, you will lose your membership.

Investment Strategy – the general strategic goal to be employed in this Investment Club is that all funds contributed for investing be used to trade stocks and stock options only. 

Capital Accounts – there shall be maintained in the name of each Member, a capital account. Each Member’s capital contribution to, or capital withdrawal from, the Club, shall be credited, or debited, respectively, to the Member’s capital account, which can be viewed in the Members back office. Net profits and losses of the Club shall inure to, and be borne by, the Members in proportion to the value of their capital accounts.

Withdrawals – you will be allowed to make withdrawals twice a month. However, you must wait 90 days from the date of your first deposit, and you must maintain a minimum $5,000 balance.  Withdrawal payments shall be made by check, Zelle®, or by wire. At any time, you can withdraw all your funds, plus any profits with no penalty. However, this action will result in loss of Membership.
